What is Har-co Helping Har.co.?

For decades, Har-co Credit Union has been committed to helping Harford County non-profits through donations, sponsorships, and volunteer work. In 2023, the concept emerged to bring awareness to all of those great organizations at once, while coinciding with the excitement of the March college basketball tournament. We also dedicate a golf tournament in the summer to the winning organization.

How does it work?

Our very own "selection committee" (our members) choose the 16 organizations to be included in the tournament. Each week we post the rounds to social media and ask the community (whether you're a member or not) to vote on their favorite charity in a bracket-style competition - while awarding at every stage. The winning organization becomes the beneficiary of our X-Golf Tournament in June!
